Introduction

VEGOSPARK® has been a top trusted vendor hired by NCBA Bank to provide marketing and creative services for the bank and the MPAWA, a mobile lending service in partnership with Vodacom PLC, since 2017. Project Requirements

  • Changing its consumers' saving behaviors and increasing the MPAWA savings rate by 22% by the end of 2023.

What We Did

  • Our internal team strategically implemented a market research study to better understand the culture, psychology, and preferences of its targeted consumers in order to build campaigns that resonate with the intended market and suit Vodacom and NCBA requirements.
