Introduction

MeTL Group is one of our potential clients with whom we have been collaborating for over four years. Our commercial connection began in 2017, and we have completed various initiatives for MO Margarine, MO Chai Safi, and MO Soap goods, greatly contributing to sales and product improvements.

Project Requirements

  • A go-to-market plan was required for Margarine, Chai, and Soap items, with the purpose of promoting and boosting sales.

What We Did

  • We developed a two-year plan that specified the market, the strategies to be employed, the timetable for execution, and the resources required to fulfill METL sales objectives.
  • We conducted a market analysis to learn about consumer behavior, psychology, preferences, and ways for incentivizing workers involved in the sales chain, from the warehouse through wholesalers to retailers.

Project Outcomes
